This form of integrative medicine has been in existence for 4,000 years. This treatment began in ancient China with the use of fine needles made of stone. Modern acupuncture uses fine filament needles made of stainless steel for treatments consistent with traditional Chinese medicine. The underlying goal is to channel the electrical energy in your body for our health benefit. The mechanism by which acupuncture produces health benefits is through decreasing inflammation, a major cause of chronic disease, and by decreasing the chronic stress response.

Chiropractic

For any structural alignment, we utilize six different styles of mobilization. Extremity for feet, knees, wrists, and shoulders; TMJ for the jaw; Instrument for smaller joints to pinpoint specific areas of misalignment; Drop Table for bigger joints using resistance, angle, and force to align the spine without stretching the muscles.

Kinesio Therapy

Dry Needling

This is for the release of muscular tension. Like acupuncture, but instead of going along the nervous system, dry needling focuses on muscle groups. Assisting with the release of trigger points, decreasing muscle tightness, increasing blood flow, and reducing pain.
